Getting in shape and looking good doesn’t have to be complicated or take over your life. I have been helping women, men & teens feel better, look great, and achieve their specific fitness goals since 2002. I help empower my clients to understand the key fitness and nutrition principles and work with them develop a plan that they can integrate into their busy lives.

My approach

As a busy entrepreneur, partner, and father of three, I understand how full life can feel at times. My approach is to understand what YOUR daily life looks and feels like and what YOUR goals are and then create a program to fit your lifestyle and objectives. My goal is to help you build on the foods and activities you already enjoy, while exploring new ones, to help fuel and shape your body to become all it can be. I take a functional approach to fitness, so you feel stronger, leaner, healthier, and have more energy for your daily life, while also achieving your overall health and wellness goals.

I am a “floating personal trainer”, which means I can meet you wherever works for you: a coffee shop to discuss your program, a park to show you exercises you can do anywhere, the Lakewalk to go on a run with you, CostCo to help you grocery shop, a gym where you already work out, your home or apartment, etc. If you don’t have a current workout space, I can help you find a spot that will best suit your vibe and goals. Or, I can build you a routine you can do literally anywhere. I am flexible because my goal is to help empower you where you’re at.

  • I would love to set up a time to connect on the phone for 15 minutes to learn more about what you are looking for and how I might be able to support you in your fitness and nutrition goals. This is a casual, no pressure way to get to know one another and see if working together makes sense. Simply fill out the form below or email me at ryanbauers@gmail.com.

  • I prefer to onboard new clients in this way, because this package includes an assessment of your lifestyle and goals and two different one-hour, in-person coaching sessions. We can spend the two sessions however you would like. Half of the first session is often spent further identifying your needs and the second half is often spent setting up a basic program and getting oriented to the equipment in the gym or talking more in depth about nutrition. The second session is often spent checking in on exercise and nutrition goals and engaging in a full training session.

    Additional hour-long, in-person or virtual fitness or nutrition coaching sessions can be added for $65 each.

  • Includes everything described above with the Startup Package, but adds the benefit of engaging with me (up to three times per week) via text, email, or phone to check in on your goals, ask questions, fine-tune your program, get advice, etc. This takes the guesswork out of your fitness, as I’ll be there to help guide you as you implement your goals. I only take a handful of these Personalized 1:1 Coaching clients, so I can be responsive to your needs.

  • Startup Package + Personalized 1:1 Coaching + Customized Nutrition Plan

    The Nutrition Package includes everything in the Startup Package + a month of Personalized 1:1 Coaching package, but adds a customized nutrition plan that we create together based on your goals + a month of specialized 1:1 nutrition coaching, so you feel empowered to implement your plan. My nutrition plans are custom built for your needs and are easy to implement in the middle of your normal life.

  • The Fitness Package includes everything in the Startup Package + a month Personalized 1:1 Coaching package, but adds a customized exercise plan that we create together based on your goals + a month of specialized exercise coaching, so you feel empowered to implement your plan. My exercise plans are custom built with your goals in mind and we work to ensure they can be implemented right in the middle of your everyday life.

  • Includes everything in both the Nutrition Package & the Exercise packages to give you the comprehensive, personalized tools you need to successfully implement and follow both an exercise plan and a nutrition plan made just for you. Plus, you’ll have unlimited access to me for one month through text, email, or the occasional phone conversation to walk you through the process.
